You are right! I did not gain much wait during my pregnancy. I only gain about 30something pounds, most gain 60pounds na zaidi. I don't know if because I was caring a girl or just my genes. As I hear many say if you are pregnant with the baby boy unanenepa au unavimba, wengine inawasumbua mpaka mwisho. Sivyo!?!

Kunywa maji mengi na juice pia naendelea ku'take my prenatal.
But also I think it has to do on what I was doing the time I was pregnant. Nilikuwa nafanya mazoezi ya kupandisha vilima vya hapa Hollywood, na kufanya YOGA za mama wajazito 3-4 times a week. Hata ilinisaidia kujifunguwa haraka...15-20mins.
Baada ya kujifungua kwa week 6 nilipumzika ili kupona vyema.
Sikufunga tumbo, just from kunyonyesha, tumbo likarudi ktk hali yake ya kawaida. Wataalam wanasema kuyonyesha kwa saidia ku'lose baby weight. http://www.webmd.com/parenting/baby/news/20081208/breastfeeding-helps-moms-lose-weight

Poa,ningependa kuijaribu. I have very oily skin and usually don't apply anything on my face but the rest of my body is dry skin. I want a smooth look. Is it for the face too? I am super cautious about face products:)

Mmh! nadhani mazoezi na diet vinasaidia sana, watu wanaomudu kufanya hivyo naona ukaa vizuri sana. Kuzaa kwa hara sifhani km usababishwa na mazoezi, miye mvivu sana lakini seven mins tu nilikua nishajifungua, nakumbuka zilikua push tatu tu.
kuhusu kuzaa haraka sio mazoezi. Mimi kama mazoezi nilifanya, nilikuwa shule na kufanya kazi.Kila siku jioni tokea mimba ina miezi 3 nilikuwa nafanya mazoezi na kutembea si chini ya dk 30. Lakini cha ajabu nilioverdue na mtoto alikuwa hashuki kabisa. Nilipanda vilima hadi basi nikaja kuishia c- section. Ila mwili wangu ulirudi zamani na tumbo pia kama zamani,nguo zote za zamani ninafit kama kabla ya kuzaa tu.... mtoto anakaribia mwaka sasa. Muhimu ni kufanya mazoezi na kula matunda na vegetables.

did u have a csection or natural..na unavyosema ilikuchukua only 15 to 20 mins does that include labor contractions or was it just pushing time?
