Hi guys- I've been getting a lot of great comments lately, people say that the blog is boring now and complain that why I have not put any pictures of Baby Malaika! Well, I do appreciate your support even though I haven't been posting much.
Obviously I haven't been blogging as much as I used to, since I have been a little distracted with this whole pregnancy and motherhood thing. Its difficult to figure out the right balance of sharing and privacy. I want to share with you all what my life is like these days, and of course share the joy of having a new beautiful baby to love. But I also want to respect my family's privacy, especially considering all of the drama and gossip on the internet.
So we decided that we would wait a little while before putting up pictures of Malaika, to give her a little chance to breathe before jumping in. There will be pictures to come soon, and I also want to share more about what life is like as a mother, because it is truly an amazing experience.
From here forward, I want to start a new Total Knockout, focused on life, inspiration, faith, family and beauty. These are a few of my favorite things! Some readers have given great suggestions for what I they want to see, such as pictures from acting auditions or prayer requests and praise reports. Great ideas, and I will start doing that. I would also love to get stories and pictures from you. If you have something important that you want to talk about, let's post it here see what people have to say.
Next month will be the 4th Anniversary of Total Knockout!! OMG!

Glad you are really back. I too love the idea of pictures/stories from acting audition. I think it would be an interesting, eye opening experience for a lot of people. I also like the mature direction your blog is taking with prayers and talk about motherhood! Welcome back Ms.TK!
