Early this week Flavianna Matata Foundation was launch along with amazing friends of hers (Flavy) Hasheem Thabeet, Ruge, Mwamvita Makamba, and other more. Aim of the foundation is to empower and develop the talents of young less fortunate girls.
Speaking during the ceremony on Tuesday night, Flaviana said that she had decided to establish the foundation, considering the rising number of young girls who are less fortunate and unable to realise their dreams.

“My aim is to see girls or women stand on their own feet. I believe they can as there are so many women who have managed to stand by themselves,” said Flaviana.
Flaviana said that there are others who fail to continue with their education, or in business and other areas. These are some of the critical issues that have inspired her to start the non-profit organisation.
